Yale Law School Free Exercise Clinic
Sidley has joined with Yale Law School and the Becket Fund for Religious Liberty to represent clients as amicus curiae in cases involving rights of religious exercise or religious liberty. Our litigators are helping students in the clinic write amicus briefs challenging religious discrimination against individuals and groups.

“In our open and diverse society, all civil rights, including religious rights, deserve protection. We especially appreciate Sidley’s generous commitment to ensuring that the students and Sidley lawyers will work closely together in small teams. The clinic promises to be exceptionally rewarding for all involved.”
